Greenshell New Zealand is a family owned business that sustainably farms Greenshell Mussels around the Coromandel in an area ranging from the Firth of Thames to Great Barrier Island.

Our brand is called Ikana, literally meaning 'food from the sea.' We harvest our Ikana mussels from our Sea Gardens and once graded, we clean them by hand to ensure that you receive fantastic quality seafood that's ready to use.
